Beacon Sound is a Portland-based record label that primarily releases new music of an unpredictable nature, emphasizing physicality and deep collaboration while stirring in the occasional reissue. Heterodox by disposition, punk in spirit, allergic to borders, the label remains resolutely project-based and artist-centered in its process, creating resilient space for on-the-ground culture while forever grappling with the recuperative tentacles of capitalism.

Booking with Megalith
Megalith is a low-key, events-oriented endeavor established to nurture minds and elevate culture over commerce. It is a work-in-progress collab with Robert Ham, freelance writer and old friend. We’re currently booking shows in our new space on NE MLK in Portland. Maximum capacity is 50, shows happen primarily on the weekends, and it is currently all ages. We also sometimes partner with larger venues like Holocene for shows that require higher capacity.
